Along with the gangs that seem to never rest, other villains terrorise the general public, each living to their own morals, playing by their own rules, they feed on destruction and corruption of the city. The only hope for the people of Gotham are the masked vigilante that roam the streets, correcting wrong and the efforts of James Gordon and the GCPD. What place will you have in this server?
