This Roleplay Server takes place in the fictional city of Horizon bay, USA in 2030. After the 'Temporal Discontinuity Fissure', people began developing Superhuman abilities all around the world- predominately in Horizon Bay. And a concerning amount of these superhumans became supervillains. Larceny... Destruction... Genocide... The whole 9 yards. Some emerged as 'Heroes' in this Dark time to oppose those villains. Others chose to become vigilantes to be above the law. Some believe these to be radical creatures here to kill us all!- The question is... Who will you be? Who will you believe... and what will you do in this new dawn of superhumans?
