In the wake of a battle against Dr. Eggman, Sonic has shattered the Paradox Prism - and in the process, torn his reality to shreds! In this expanded take on the Sonic Prime storyline, Sonic has to find a way to bring back his universe, and he can't do it alone. With the help of his remaining friends from his universe and the new friends he'll make traversing the Shatterspaces, he'll need to restore the Paradox Prism, fight a number of twisted baddies and bring back his friends. All in a day's work for the world's greatest heroes, no? Sonic Prime: Refracted is a PG-13 semi-literate roleplay server. Paragraph roleplay is the standard; no one-liners are allowed. As for what we offer; - A LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-friendly space to engage with fellow Sonic fans. - Detailed but easy-to-fill character sheet that covers all the bases and encourages expanding on interpretations. - Forum-based roleplay for easy asynchronous writing. - Relaxed approach to character claims - first-come first-serve, but plenty of time given to work on sheets. - Expansion on GHOST HILL, NEW YOKE CITY, BOSCAGE MAZE and NO PLACE to provide genre-themed sandbox environments fun to use. - New Shatterspaces! OUTLAW CROSS and DRAGON POST provide western and martial arts themed takes on the Sonic world. - Every canon character from the Sonic games and comics (that's not dead) available to write. - Variants on every canon character from the Sonic games and comics can be added to any of the five inhabited Shatterspaces. - OCs and Shatterspace variants of OCs permitted!
