But before he died he made a speech and told the world about the one piece, the one piece of treasure that everyone in the world desired. But something's different, there's one thing missing, one piece of the story missing... We seem to be lacking a certain straw hat wearing lad, and a green haired swordman, and a pervy chef!? Where is everyone! It seems everyone is gone, or even never existed! but maybe you can fill in that hole made by all our beloved characters! Go search for the one piece, or even stop those evil pirates and Become a marine and join the world government if ya want! (Yes this rp exists in a timeline without any cannon characters like Luffy or anyone else found in the show/manga)
