Jaxia City (RP)

The majority of this RP will take place in Jaxia City, a city near the eastern coast of North America. It is currently one of the most popular and richest cities in the world, meaning it also has a high crime rate with more to offer, and therefore take. However, a normal police force alone can't stop this, since this universe has a noticeable amount of people with superpowers that are too much for the police to handle. Therefore, the police has hired several people of their own with superpowers with the job of protecting the city from crime. Roleplay as a citizen, a hero, a criminal, or anything in between, the choice is yours!
