Calisthenics Fitness Trainees

I had created "Bodyweight Fitness Trainees" back in 2021 with the goal of providing a one-stop-shop to any and all who were interested in calisthenics. The idea ended up getting scrapped due to poor branding and a overall lack of knowledge on the subject of fitness. However, it has since been rebooted and rebranded as Calisthenics Fitness Trainees. Whilst the core goal is somewhat the same, my mission is to become a ACSM certified personal trainer and offer paid services through this discord. There will be some free content and/or services but there will also be some that will require membership fees or a donation to access. We are a very supportive small community of folks who love to see others reach their goals. We're also just normal people and we shoot the shit sometimes and chat about random things. I, Wheatie, am the server owner, the moderator, Ghostking is a close friend of mine. Otherwise we're all new to each other so don't feel shy, just say what's on your mind! Our approach to helping others is simple, share our experiences but also share the actual science behind building muscle, strength, flexibility etc.. This is done by sharing; pictures of food, recipes, progress pics, routines, exercises and checking each others form. On the flip side, the science is shared through our category marked as such. Here you can find books, prehab content, a thread forum geared towards training where you can share your science or ask questions and an equipment channel where we share "cost vs quality, efficiency & practicality" based equipment. All of this is subject to change at any time though! Don't ever get too comfy and always be on the look out for new content on this server or our other socials!
