Artists in the Making

Artists in the Making is a server welcome to traditional artists of any skill set or skill level. Come here to talk about your interests/work in sculpture, painting, sketchbooking, screenplay, poetry, lyric, textiles, performance, concept, installation, toymaking... you name it! Any play involving physical materials and mediums has a place here. The title Artists in the Making is chosen deliberately. This is a safe place for young artists who are still exploring and developing; a place to share your work even if it's not the work you aspire to make. We are all under construction. There is strength in sharing the experience! The double-meaning of the phrase is also deliberate. All the fun of creative work is the process of pulling something down and putting it on paper. Post about your own process, exploration, cognitive growth... this is a safe place for artists still learning to live in the act of Making. This server is very young and pretty barebones.
