Quirks have reached the singularity, and almost half the population has turned into deformed mindless creatures called Nomu, lead by a mysterious figure. The remaining heroes of Tokyo have rebuilt a new Hero Association known as the United Alliance, along with a new hero training program. The villains however are thriving in this new chaotic environment, finding ways to control their Nomu for their own benefit and taking control of different locations around Tokyo. Will you fight on the side of good, and return Tokyo to its former glory?
