Transition Resources

im looking for other trans people who are medically transitioning and asking if theyd like to contribute to a sort of transition resource im working on, i dont feel theres enough readily available help for people who would like to start but dont know how so i thought fuck it ill make my own, and i dont wanna be rude and join places and instantly start asking the members so ive been talking with staff instead to see if they would be ok with me promoting it in their server or them making people aware it exists. i want to help my community however i can and this seems like the best way im able to help
