This discord is for anyone who is looking for a safe space to talk about their mental health openly in a safe environment and for anyone who wants to participate in a safe community that is 18+. It is also a place to simply hang out and share day to day experiences with other like minded individuals. I personally made this discord because I struggle with my own mental health issues and wanted to make a space to share those experiences with others. This is a pro recovery space, please be aware that this server is to promote wellness and that includes recovery.
