YEAR WAS 1955 Government accidentally released a disease due to a failed experiment leading to the massacre in the Research Lab Alpha known as "Morning of Madness", where those infected slowly went insane and led a bloody massacre in the facility, those survived would spread awareness to the population until the governments had them assassinated to try and cover up the incident, leading to a stryzen effect, the disease spreading to the population would confirm this, causing people who already had a fueled hatred for the capital and the government to rise up and take up arms to overthrow and contain them, called the "United People's Coalition". Thus begining the 5 year second civil war. 14 YEARS LATER decade after the war, the military and civilian militias dissolved into groups and factions based on what ever ideology they believe in...some small conflicts do occur do to conflicting ideas, territory gain and supplies being scared, the cities would be war torn, no political structure to maintain order, and worst of all the disease is still going onwards across the nation... of course there are better ways to counter it such as medicine being developed and equipment to negate the effects, but will the survivors and factions strive through the apocalypse and rebuild society...or will they forever stuck in...A World of Arms
