The compound had been rebuilt and is where Earth’s mightiest heroes reside. And after Galactus devoured their home, the Fantastic Four managed to escape to Earth-1 in search of refuge. With both a goal of warning this universe of the devourer that could potentially be on his way, and settling into this new universe that appears much more technologically advanced.
