Avatar: On the Brink

Welcome to Avatar: On the Brink! We are an up-and-coming semi-literate to literate ATLA Roleplay server, set in an alternate universe where the war proved too costly for the fire nation to continue, and the earth kingdom couldn't decisively push them out. As such, a peace treaty was signed, to prevent further bloodshed. But the fire nation still retains many of it's most useful colonies. Many in the earth kingdom and water tribes feel the treaty is too lenient, while the fire nation believes it is it's divine right to rule over the other nations, anything less an insult to the soldiers who died and sacrificed. The shadow of war still looms over the four nations, with tensions still high and rising by the minute Will you keep this precarious peace? Or will you plunge the nations again into war? The choice is up to you... We have: A multitude of special roles, such as the Firelord or Earth King, are ready to be filled, in addition to surviving air nomad slots. -Semi-literate to literate roleplay A player-influenced plot, where you decide to keep the peace or go to war. A number of sub-elements undiscovered, meaning there's a chance your character will go down in history as the inventor of metal bending, lavabending, etc. Creative freedom. Do you want to make a foggy swamp waterbender that goes around robbing people? Don't let me stop you.
