In the two+ decades that have passed, normal humans have been almost completely wiped out, leaving only a staggering 5% of the population as normal human’s. With a vast majority of the population being born with Quirks, the crime rate in Japan has skyrocketed, leaving a significant hole in which All-Might used to stand. Now, it’s time for your story.
