I'm the owner, under me are the 5 Elders, currently we r recruiting people for the elder post, under those 5 elders r 5 Captains, those 5 Captains have 5 teams, each team with members of the server. You can challenge ur team captain once a week through a tournament, u have to win the tournament to be able to challenge them, when you challenge them u will be able to 1v1 them and whoever wins will become the next team captain, Any team captain can challenge an elder once a month and if they beat the elder they become the elder. That's all.
