2nd Battalion, 8th Marines

Ran by an Active Duty Marine & populated with Veterans and Active/Reserve alike. We will be conducting Operations within Modern Day Afghanistan as United States forces never withdrew from the region. Current skirmishes & conflict involving ISIS & Taliban with the Taliban never seizing control of Kabul & a successful counter offensive taking place on behalf of the government. Goal of our unit is to regain territory lost to Taliban & ISIS while in the process eliminating threats & hostile assets. Branch: Modern USMC - Milsim/Semi Milsim/Casual Time-zone: NA - EST (Predominantly) Initial Training: Scheduled throughout the week, consists of a short thirty minutes to hour long crash course. Operations Details: Currently our scheduled Main Operations will be Fridays Saturdays and Sundays with Small Objective based Ops on Weekdays. Open Leadership Positions within: Infantry Platoon, Rotary Aviation, & Corpsman. (As well as Zeus Positions Open) Requirements: 17+ Y/O Microphone Legal Copy of Teamspeak & Arma 3
