The drug riddled alleyways and homeless people may seem scary to ones that just moved in, but to long time citizens, it's normal. Almost every day, a person dies in a brutal way, only thing the general public can do is ignore it. Terrorist attacts and mass shooting happen often, maybe too often, but the police can't stop it. If you join, you can become anything you want. From a lousy police officer to an experienced mob boss. You can even be a homeless man!
