[Introduction]: Once on the planet earth, animals which roamed the earth are now sentient, bipedal creatures. Initially, there was bloodshed: carnivores preyed on herbivores just as they would in the wild, and herbivores banded together, crafting tools to oppose their mortal enemies. As society progressed further, herbivores and carnivores soon realized that coexistence is a better alternative to senseless killing. They came together, first forming tribes, then towns, then nations. The peace was fragile, and society descended into war countless times. In the end, the coexistence amongst different species is preserved, and societies adopted laws which prohibits carnivores from ingesting meat from other sentient creatures. It is now year 2498, almost two centuries have passed since the civilization of animals ventured out into the solar system. The United Sectors, the Martian Republic, and the Jovian Union have been locked in a state of cold war for almost a decade. You are an animal, born into a world of equal hope and conflict. For the first time in millennials, the entire Solar System is yours to explore. What you do, and how you go about doing it, is entirely up to you. Hitch a ride to the asteroid belt and stake a claim on a resource rich star sector, join the navy and fight for whichever power you align with, purchase a dilapidated ship and strap it with guns to pirate and plunder, or... Perhaps observe the undercurrent of the 25th century, and slowly uncover a plot which puts the entire civilization at risk. Just remember, each of your choices, intentional or not, may inadvertently change the Solar System for centuries to come.
