It’s life and death after all.* ❞ - 𝐇aitzen 𝐊ai The Haitzen Recruitment Board is responsible for recruiting talented children who do not have access to conventional means of communication, behavioral or social issues, and those who are placed in less-than-convenient living situations. For children who have paid the $10,000,000, they will be forced to attend a private program known as GRI (Gradual Reality Increase) which assists those who would not have passed any of the other conditions.
