Welcome to Team MSTP, where you can help Microsoft publicize MSSTYLES and Microsoft Theme Packager! We believe that anyone can freely customize Microsoft Windows. This is done by using MSSTYLES files, which define the appearance of GUI elements. In an alternate timeline, we would use Microsoft Theme Packager to make themes, but that was never released to the public. This is where you come in. You'll do anything you can to help Microsoft release their Theme Packager. We think that everyone should use first-party tools to customize Windows. Join our team and make our dream come true!
