In the world of the five boroughs of New York City, there lies the foundation that dates back all the way to the early 1700s, as it became one of the thirteen colonies. From there, modern times have turned it into the world's busiest city and the nickname, The Big Apple, and A City That Never Sleeps. It is known for its high crime and its tight police force. Underneath all of this, the supernatural world had thrived in the corners of the world. The way they had established clubs, apothecary shops, and other shops gave the supernatural beings a chance to call their own. A foothold in these human lands. After all, all the stories are true. There is a demonic presence in New York City. The Source is planning something big and is sending his elite demons out to play around with the humans. They want to test out the weaknesses and see where they can get their hands on. After all, they want the human world for their own, but knowing that their counterparts will interfere. They go about the cunning way of influencing the minds of others. As much as the angels do their best to interfere with the mortal lives and corrupt them for their means, and to own their souls. The greatest pains that they have to deal with are the Nephilim and the Witches, but the two have human nature to them. Prey for the demons, and bonus points if they can corrupt their souls. The good and evil battle it out with each other. What side will win in the end? Secret Legacies run deep within the ley lines that run deep underneath the streets of New York City. In every corner of these boroughs, have secrets that lie for potential victims, and sometimes they happen to ensnare them for their darkest temptations.
