The events of Resident Evil 4: Remake occurred a year ago, and the world is in a state of unrest. The Umbrella Corporation has fallen, and with money claimed by the Government during their trials, a new Racoon City has been built as a haven for survivors of bioterror attacks, including the original incident. But New Raccoon City was built on the bones of something older. Something hiding beneath the new tarmac and freshly laid grass.
