All seven nations have a major crime family, and all seven nations have a dedicated police force. These two groups are at constant war in each nation, each trying to topple the other. The police want to bring a sense of peace to the people of their nation, while the mafia is only interested in total control and money. Transportation and trade of illegal drugs and guns is performed in long-reaching underground secret tunnels that travel beneath the nation. The entrances are so well hidden that the cops have a lot of trouble finding them, and even then, it’s like a lamb walking into a lion’s den: extremely dangerous without support. Technology has advanced enough that there are railway systems, ferries, trams and trolleys to travel through the cities and through the nations, even a long-spanning track that reaches to Inazuma, which takes an hour to get to by train. Will your character join the police force and fight for good, or will they join the mafia and try to help topple their government? Of course, with all of the fights that go on, doctors and nurses are in high demand.
