However, now in the year 2030, a massive threat is beginning to brew within the digital world, the Chaos Code. Yggdrasil, now seeking for a way to save itself and the Digital Worlds inhabitants, is choosing Digidestined and tamers alike to help eradicate the problem while desperately trying to find the source of it. On top of all of this the Japanese government is trying to limit and control the digital world upon seeing the destruction it can do to the real world and has set our on several expeditions to do so.
