Anti Infurred Coalition

A facility located in a random Belarusian city develops a bio-weapon, a thick goo. A test was conducted on a prisoner, the prisoner had to touch the goo, after the prisoner touched the goo he transformed into a humanoid anthropomorphic furred animal. A second prisoner was sent into the cell. The Humanoid put Prisoner 2 on a chokehold and after 6 seconds he turned into a Humanoid too. Both were terminated by fire. The facility saw the effects of the Bio-weapon and decided to contact the US government to sell it to them. The US Government wanted 1000 Gallons of the goo shipped into a secret warehouse of their's for 56 million dollars. 1 day before the start of the shipping process, one of the facility's biggest generators had overheated and had blown up, the explosion was big enough to reach the entire city. The 1000 Gallons of goo that they had developed somehow didn't get evaporated and rained on the city. With puddles of the goo everywhere, the survivors were screaming and some survivors were being infected and etc etc. Chaos was everywhere, the infection was increasing.. a few days after the explosion the Belarusian Government found out and teamed up with the US Government to quarantine the city. A US army veteran was living there, he hid in a broken bunker with a Belarusian police officer. He had enough of the chaos and decided to form a small team called the "Anti Infurred Coalition" He and the police officer starting looking for recruits but it wouldn't take long because gangs were forming who teamed up against the furries too, survivors who wanted to team up and wanted shelter were rushing to join gangs, many people joined the Coalition and they were pretty successful.
