A Captain's Reishi is simply too powerful, placing it in the upper three tiers of Reii, and thus cannot be reclaimed by the soil no matter what. FOR SOULS THAT HAVE GAINED TOO MUCH POWER, THE ROAD OF SALVATION DOES NOT EXIST.
